How to Return or Exchange

- Send your item back within 30 days of your order date.

- Include a note telling us what you’d like (exchange, refund, etc.) so we can process it quickly.

- If the issue was on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.), please reach out to us first so we can make it right.

Return Requirements

- Item must be unworn and unwashed

- Original packaging included

- Tags attached

- We will exchange your item or refund the purchase price

- Items received after 30 days may qualify for exchange on a case-by-case basis

Important Notes

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- Special-order items (custom jewelry, custom-sized apparel, etc.) are non-refundable

- Once we receive your return, we’ll reach out to get the credit card number you’d like the refund applied to.
